I am taking jalra m 50/850 , Shelcal M, OXCQ 200 AND THYRONOM 50mcg
Today I tested my sugar is 97 and pp is 115 and urine acr is 5mg/dl
Shall I test again after 2 month or wait to go to my doc afterwards or now .
Can sitagliptin/metformin 50/500 1 tab once day be given to patient in prediabetic range?
72 year, weight 52 kg. Hba1c is 6.4. FBS remains normal. PPBS around 130-140-143. Has early compensated liver cirrhosis. Normal creatinine. Hypertension.
Dr who prescribed also said to increase the dose. I hv heard prediabetes can b managed on metformin alone but not sure. No proper response from dr.
Please tell whether or not sitagliptin/metformin is right drug and dose for her n her condition??🙏🏻
BP remains high. Can it pose any risk if u consider it over treated.
Present day12/07/26
Fasting. 221 sugar
And i am not raking any medicine previously i took but some tine it helped to reduce the sugar
But it did not work later i was also not punctual in taking madicins
After every meal around after 3 hours my eye gets heavy and I feel low energy and sleepy, my eye gets heavy and slight burning feel and lethargy
My prolactins level were high and doctor suggested MRI
These are the findings
"There is an ovoid nodule measuring 6.6 x 8.8 x 5.7 mm (AP x TR x CC) seen in
pituitary gland on left side, which appears isointense on T1, heterogeneously
hyperintense on T2, hypoenhancing on early phase of dynamic contrast images
and intense homogeneous contrast enhancement on delayed images of dynamic
study. Pituitary stalk is deviated towards right side. Imaging findings are
suggestive of pituitary microadenoma. Serum prolactin estimation is suggested."
I am very worried, what does it mean ?
