I am 26 years old. I got adbominal tb diagnosed 4 months ago. Now I have so much issue with my skin. I have even Missing my periofs. And my skin has become dark and my dark circle has become more prominent and I have so much harifall. So much hair thinning. What should I do for care?

I have been struggling with dandruff since my childhood, always when I go to cut my hair, barbers used to say you have a lot of dandruff like scales of it, in past years few years I think it has become worse as hair thinning has just increased, it wasn't like this before, I use ketoconozol 2% on alternate days and has been using it since a year now, before also I use the same but in les frequency. I can't even go 2 full days after washing with keto, as itching and dandruff starts to increase in little time. Is there any way to control it?
I had severe acne on my buttocks and it has resulted into dark spots on my buttocks. I have already consulted two dermatologists in the past for medication and some ointments. I don't think it has produced any great results. Are there any other procedures available in Bangalore which can at least get my skin tone in proper range?
