Feb end I got cold n was having sinus issues also so I was putting ghee in nose n after putting ghee I slept n felt little heavy in ear next morning.
So took cheston cold for 2 days but no relief so consulted ENT after 1 month who advised EEBAS 20 and EVEBRO N for 5 days but still no relief so extended the course for 7 days of EEBAS 20, EVEBRO N, DECA 6, RUTHBRO D AND CFX CV along with karvol plus steam . Then suggested OTOCAP VT and ODIMONT LC for 7 days but still no relief. He checked ear from device and outer drum is clean

Left Ear feeling heavy, tinitus n fullness from Feb 2026.
Doctor prescribed 10 days twice a day- eebas 20, deca 6 , RUTHBRO, AZIBRO LMT and combinase FT spray twice a day. Along with steam karvol plus once a day . Felt 60% better but again after swimming again ear felt full n heavy. So again same course was repeated for 15 days along with 5 days of Otocap VT n Levocitrizine.
Now when I do very forceful vasalva menuvr I feel a little temporary relief from upper side of ear but down side is still feel stuck. Audiometry n typnogram shoes mixed hearing loss
Feeling heavy pressure like glued ear and tinitus in left ear from last 6 months due to cold
Did audiometry n typnogram test which shows mixed hearing loss in left ear
Took steam for 20 days with karvol plus, 10-10 days each

Azibro LMT once a day
Combinase FT nasal spray twice a day
5 days otocap vt n levocitrizine once a day
After 20 days when I am doing too much forceful valsalva maneuvr it is shifting the pressure from top of ear to bottom but heaviness is there n I get a temporary relief from tinitus that time
Also when I yawn I see some relief for a second only
Too much distress n tensed with heavy meds not able to continue them
Please somebody guide me what to do next as this tinitus n heaviness is killing me
My mother had eustachian tube dysfunction for one ear after flight travel and lasted for 2.5 months, we did valsalva exercise and steaming with not much help, and went ahead with Balloon eustachian dilation along grommet on both ears as both the ears felt clogged in few days.
Its been 2 weeks post the surgery and she still did not feel any difference in-fact the ears feels more clogged and hearing weird noise on both ears, also getting irritated to loud noise. Ears still feel full after 2 weeks.. sometimes if she speaks more the left ear feels more trapped of pressure..
Please help us, we need help!!
I'm a 30Y male. About 1yr ago I had oral sex with a woman. Since then I’ve been experiencing sharp pain in my throat when I sneeze. The pain can be quite intense, around 7/10, and usually lasts for about 10–20 seconds after sneezing before settling down. I also feel like I have a mild sore or scratchy throat almost every morning after waking up, but this usually improves within 5–10 minutes.
I do not have any other symptoms. I don’t have fever, cough, breathing difficulty, mouth ulcers, swollen neck glands, weight loss, or difficulty eating or swallowing food.
I also do intense running regularly, so initially I wondered whether the symptoms could be related to exercise or throat irritation from running. I stopped running for some time specifically to see whether the throat pain would improve, but the symptoms have continued despite stopping.
I have already had a throat swab culture, which came back normal.
My main concern is whether these symptoms could still be related to the oral-sex
