I am in my 5th month of pregnancy and cannot consume milk or dairy products due to lactose intolerance. My doctor has prescribed only 250 mg calcium per day. Is this dosage sufficient during pregnancy, considering I don't consume dairy? What is the generally recommended daily calcium supplementation?

I had my last periods on 6th Sept before that my periods was on 26 July and no periods on Aug. And I did not got my periods this month. I am sexually active and the last time I had sex was 2 Oct although it was protect and on 17 Oct I check with test kit it was negative but still I'm not sure why my periods are delayed should I test again ? Also I was really sick on mid sept so it can be a reason of delayed periods. Please suggest!
