She had unprotected sexual intercourse on Apr 4th 2026 but the expected period date is April 11th 2026. She wants to get pregnant. If she missed the period on the expected date when she needs to test using a pregnancy test kit. What are symptoms she will have before the expected period date. Presently she has lower abdominal pain, bloating.
Ok so I had intercourse on 17 th march and then in an hour I took I pill . I tested for pregnancy on 31st march it was negative then on 1 April I got bleeding with clots ( I saw clots on 1st day only rest days bleeding were just light and brown) I did a pregnancy test on 7 April it was negative . My periods were due on 8 th today today my periods are delayed by 3 days . Is there any chance of pregnancy?
22-year-old female with history of pilonidal-type sinus/cyst near clitoral region. First surgery (sinus tract with abscess removal) done on 26 Dec 2025. Pain recurred after ~2 months; second exploration surgery done on 9 Mar 2026, which showed only inflamed tissue, no abscess or cyst. Currently has sharp, stabbing pain on right side of operated area. Pain is movement-triggered (walking, coughing, laughing) and absent at rest. No swelling, pus, or fever. MRI perineum (3 Tesla, non-contrast) shows no sinus tract, no fluid collection, no abscess. Blood tests normal. Symptoms include crawling/moving sensation under skin. Pain increases with bladder fullness and reduces after urination. Query: Is this post-surgical nerve irritation/entrapment? Any further evaluation or management advised?
Hi doctor, i've sucessfully weaned off my 15 months old daughter for day feeds(owing to my health issues) . Now, I want to wean off the night feeds also which she takes to go to sleep and 3-4 times during the night.
