PCOD Condition

On 21st February, I went to doctor because my periods were accompanied with unbearable crampings and the amount of bleeding was also reducing with successive periods Doctor said that its a PCOD condition and has prescribed me Met-Innovfol tablets to take everyday for 3months, and Diane 35 (instructed to be taken on the start of bleeding phase and continue till 21days, and repeat it same way for 3 months). I have attached my Ultra-Sonography report as well as some pre-existing Gastric problems in the attachment. I face no problem when I only take Met-Innovfol but as soon as I start to take Diane 35, I feel extreme nausea, I do not feel comfortable at all and it stays like that for 21days. I dont even feel comfortable to move (since i am student, I cant do any work). I tried to contact the doctor he said its fine, but I am not liking this stuff. Yesterday night I started to take Diane35 again and same things are likely to happen. Please tell what to do now. Are the medications fine?
