Also whoever I eat anything junk I go straight to the washroom, even now I am Goin to the washroom like more time than I usually do. What's it? Please tell me?. And I am 21 years old and I feel what it could be.

Should I take revital H

I'm feeling tired and exhausted for some months . Also feels pain in the body . Should I consider taking Revital H for some time

It's taking supplement a right choice?

I have been started taking multivitamin, omega-3, magnesium glycinate , zinc monomethionine , Ashwagandha, creatine and protein Because there are a lot of capsules and tablets, I am taking all day. I am little bit scared if it's okay to take all of these things because I did not take any consultation for this. I just heard that it's okay to take them without consultation, so I want to doctors perspective, what they say.
