My BMI is 15.2 . How to increase my BMI? Suggest some easy ways to get a healthy weight

I m not able to gain weight

I have IBS n I have to go for stool 4 times in day . I m under medication for my digestion problems. I need diet plant that can be easily digested and help me to gain weight . My legs are thin and wt is 60 kg height 175 . I have IBS with constipation after eating I feel bloated and 4 hr later I have to go for stool. I feel hungry but due to ibs I can not eat big meal at time . Please suggest for appropriate diet plan
