I followed a weight gain diet for many days
I gained 10kgs - 43kg to 53kg
Now if I come back to my earlier habits like 3 meals a day - lunch - 300g rice dal egg
Dinner - same
Brkfast - 60g sattu milkshake
Is it enough to maintain that weight or will I start to lose..
Please sir/ma'am I am very confused..

As advised by a doctor, I took Folic Acid tablets for 2 months.
Recent test results:
Serum Homocysteine: 25.33 µmol/L
LDL Cholesterol: 153 mg/dL
Vitamin B12: 283 pg/mL
Vitamin D (25-OH): 46.4 nmol/L
