My bp is 123/80 after taking bisporolol. But i feel dizzy always. I taken from 2 weeks back. Does this is normal or i have to consult again?

Diagnosed AFib with RVR . Cordarone 100 mg prescribed 1-0-1 for two months . Taking medication from 15/3/24 . On checking again with ECG and FibriCheck App AFib persists as of today but the heart rate does not exceed more than 90 even after walking etc and no symptoms. Should we increase the dosage or continue the same . Since our consultant is out of country this question posted here .
Hey everyone I am taking solo pose beta 0.5 from the last 2 months regularly as a result... my triglycerides ( 210 mg/dl) and VlDL (42.18 mg/dl) comes high in recent cholesterol report.. now i stop the medicine from last 10 days .. now it is possible that triglycerides and VLDL also reduce and come back to normal..?? Please provide any suggestions and help me with this .is there any threatening situation for me??
