I have detected 1 degree av block and mild AML prolapse and trivial MR and tmt test was normal is there chance of getting chance of Increase in mild prolapse and trivial MR in future or it will remain constant after tmt is normal why having pain or numbness in my hand jaw and neck

Do anxiety cause physical pain in heart?
