I'm 11dpo and my beta Hcg is 0.39. I saw faint lines in home pregnancy test card. Are there chances for me to be still pregnant and Hcg may increase in later days or my two weeks wait is over ?

I am 8 months pregnant and now a days even I sit for 20 mins at sofa or chair even on bed while getting up I am having a sharp pain down there area near the vagina and anus. It's not coming from inside vagina. Lying down it's subsiding. Is it something serious. What should I do.
