I am just 23 no weight loss as such poor lifestyle sleep diet since few months i am seeing jowls and eye hollowness and deflated cheeks simce past 3-4 months can this get better if i improve lifestyle sleep and diet and supplements skincare ?
I have suddenly developed multiple small pimples/bumps on both cheeks. I normally don't get acne. They appeared recently and some are slightly inflamed. Could you please tell me whether this looks like acne, clogged pores, irritation or folliculitis, and what treatment/routine I should follow?
I'm experiencing hair thinning, i think it's stage 3 or might be 4, I haven't used minoxidil till date...i have tried every oils like mama earth onion oil, bare anatomy hair serum, rosemary hair spray, rosemary essential oil, pumpkin seeds, healthy diet snd protein rich diet also no fair effects seen....so should i use Minioxidil? Will it be effective? I'm living abroad so what brand should i take here or is there any other treatment other than using Minioxidil?

Symptoms observed: Localized redness, irritation, and mild swelling/puffiness. The affected side appears noticeably more inflamed than the opposite side. Possible trigger: MARS makeup setting spray, used shortly before the reaction appeared. Current status: Reaction is localized to one side of the face. Suspected cause: Possible irritant or allergic contact reaction to an ingredient in the setting spray; exact cause not confirmed.
