Every symptomps am having , my mind is trying to relate with cancer symptoms, please help, 4 months I did Chest Xray, CT KUB, USG , everything is normal, please help me.Currently am having fear of lung cancer, I have left smoking 11 months back, doing regular exercise with a healthy diet.
My father got heart stroke in 2019 and got performed BONE MARROW and find out JAK2 mutation positive(2019). Now( Sep 2026) he lost weight(from 4 months), feeling weakness and his haemoglobin is 9% due to anemia. His heart ejection factor is 25%. haemotogist suggested for BONE MARROW. Is bone marrow mandatory? Considering his age and heart issue Do we have other tests to identify the root cause.

She has severe, persistent pain around the chest, upper back, shoulder and arm. She describes it as a pinched nerve, pressure on a nerve, or a bursting sensation. The scans have repeatedly shown multiple small pulmonary 3-8mm nodules, no definite cause for the severe chest and back pain. Pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, pneumothorax, fractures and obvious bone damage were not identified. Her leukemia and hematology investigations have largely been normal, including blood counts, hemoglobin and platelets. No clear evidence of leukemia or another blood cancer has been found. Most autoimmune, inflammatory, liver, kidney and coagulation tests were also unremarkable.
