I am 43 and suddenly I find my hair is turning grey. Is there any remedy or cure for it. Doctors kindly suggest if it can be treated.

I get blisters on my lips after every exposure to severe temperature differences such as travelling from hot water to cold temperatures And after even a little temperature due to cold/cough etc. It takes 5-7days for them to dry , peel amd cure
It is started about 6months earlier sometimes feel itching and most of time doesn't feel at all is any serious thing it is
