From last one year i have red spots on my penis i consulted nearby urologist he gave me some meds probably antibacterial and one ointment using these spots goes away. I am never involve in sexual activity but i do masturbation when i do spots comes again when i use ointment spots goes away.

I'm sexually active for 2-3 years, all my previous hiv tests are negative. I always use protection.
