If brancho vascular marking

Hello If brancho vascular marking is seen in the X-ray report, then what will be its treatment and what will have to be done.

Blood flow is less

I noticed in my Father's blood test the blood flow is less. It doesn't come quickly as it should come. Also he is diabetic and has no for which regular medication is provided. Anyone suggest me on blood flow how to improve and any test I heard color Doppler test. Which doctor should see it ?
