I am 28 years old male and my height is 5'1 and my weight is 46.
I want to increase my weight.

Currently I drink Gram Powder with Lemon mixed in water with some salt.
Does this drink help me to get some weight or it's just useless for me?

My father ,P.Hara Jagannath has been diagnosed with sarcopenia he has seen no weight gain since 7 years and is looking very lean and thin ,aged and wrinkles skin appearance.He has diabetes and cholesterol but they are already under complete control since many years since his 1st diagnosis with them in 2016.Even though on eating protein foods like eggs and using vitamin d capsules there is no improvement till date .Hence I request you to provide me valuable guidance on treatment or medicine if possible
