I had a permanent filling in 2nd molar...distal...now it feels very odd...also i am not able to touch my front teeth as before...also decay was dental...but filling is also on top...which i feel is extra...so please guide me regarding it
I have severely yellow teeth and I want to clean them up naturally and over time. No procedure or chemical pastes. What should I do on a daily basis to whiten my teeth? Another question I have is which toothpaste should I use on a daily basis. Please suggest something that is good for health and teeth and doesn't contain harmful substances. Also should I switch to an electric toothbrush? If so any recommendations?

Hi doctor, We have been advised to proceed with a pulpectomy for 3 of his milk teeth. I would like to understand if the pulpectomy is truly necessary or it would be safe to wait for the milk tooth to naturally fall out. I have attached his dental x-ray.
