Excessive yawning
For last few days, I am having a problem of excessive yawning. I could not sleep well in last couple of months due to work pressure. Feeling pain in eyes. Want to sleep but not able to do so.
One treatment strategy to manage nightmares is to have psychodynamic psychotherapy in which the patient has frequent counselling sessions with a therapist to discuss the nightmares and what might be causing them. In 2001 a landmark study was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that IRT or imagery rehearsal therapy was effective in not only curbing nightmares but reducing PTSD symptoms as well among victims of sexual assault. For last few days, I am having a problem of excessive yawning. I could not sleep well in last couple of months due to work pressure. Feeling pain in eyes. Want to sleep but not able to do so.
I frequently doze off while I am at work or in meetings, even when I travel via public transports I doze off. I am unable to control my sleep. Some night I sleep well still I feel sleepy during daytime, and some nights I am not able to sleep again sleepy next day.
I haven't sleep last 2 years. I usesd so many sleeping pils. But now I feel very weak. Every night I take sleeping pils . I just want to sleep.
When I'm sleeping my eyes does be open but my body don't move I can't scaream or talk This is very scary for a 13 year old and I'm scared
I generally snor whenever i sleep.Kindly guide me how to get rid of snoring as it causes discomfort to other people around me.
