My name is Sanit Mukherjee, I have been working in a call centre at night shift.. From some day I have suffering from lack of sleep. I tried a lot to sleep but can't. Hardly 4 to 5 hour I can sleep in a day, that's the reason I feel sleepy every time. I feel a slide pain surround my head and eyes.
Last night, I found myself in the balcony of my bedroom in the middle of the night and for a moment I could not recall where I am(I was at a friend's place) and i could not recongnise anything even after looking around for a few minutes, I came Back inside the room and slept immediately. Never happened before I'm 23, female with a history of epilepsy and currently under medication (valence OD 500)

After doing sleep study,the report says I am having severe obstructive sleep apnea. Doctor also says I am having left DNS with spur ,bulkypalate in phaynx and grade 3 tonsils.Doctor is suggesting to go for surgery. Want to check if surgery is the best option in this case
I think my body clock is all messed up. I am unable to sleep the entire night. Once I sleep it hard to wake up. I do not wake up even after 9 hours of sleep. Also my sleep is very very deep. I can sleep through an earthquake.
