I visited Dr. Vishnu Reddy for a nose allergy. He mentioned that I have allergic rhinit*** ***** * *** ******* ***** *** and asked me to get a skin prick test from another doctor's Pratibha clinic . He confirmed the appointment for one week later. I had to stop my medication due to the prerequisite of the test and suffered for 3–4 days because of allergic symptoms. **** ***** ********* ***** **** ***** ********* *** ************* ****** ********* ** ** ******* ***** *** *** ***** *** **** ********** *** ************** ** *** ******* **** ***** ***** ** **** ******** *** ********* ** ******* ******. I only visited because someone suggested it; otherwise, I didn’t like the process.

The doctor was extremely kind and patient. He went through all our reports in detail, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and updated the medication after proper evaluation. We were clearly guided about the tests to be done before the next visit and the future treatment plan. The consultation was very reassuring and well explained.

My experience with Dr. S K Behera was very good as I already knew him. He explained everything clearly during the consultation. The clinic and staff were fine, but there was an issue with the billing clerk making a mistake in the spouse's title which has not been corrected despite informing them.

I paid 1200 rupees but the doctor did not discuss my health issues or provide any suggestions. She only wrote some tests and asked me to come back. I expected more support and clarity during the consultation.
