During our pregnancy journey, we have been visiting Dr. Chandana. During all 9 months , she was very supportive, caring and guided us at each and every little step. She is very ************** professional and have positive attitude towards her patients. She was available on call for any guidance during last phase of the pregnancy. On hospitalization, she performed c section as per medical condition and we were blessed with baby girl without any issues.Overall we are satisfied with her services and highly recommend Dr Chandana for any maternity care.

We had a very disappointing experience at CloudNine in Madhapur under the care of Dr. Lavanya. During out consultation, We felt that Dr. Lavanya was uninterested. The appointment felt rushed, and didn’t feel engaged post first appointment. ***** ******* ***** ****** ** ** ** ************ ******* ** ***** *** **** ** ** ********** **** ***** *** ** ********** *** **** **** *** ******** *** **** ** ********** ******* ******* ***** ****** **** ** ********* ******* ******* **** *** ****** ********** Follow up appointments went unattended and we ended up wasting valuable time without consultation or explanation. Lack of respect for patients time is concerning. Won’t recommend Dr. Lavanya or this experience to others seeking attentive and engaged medical care.

Strongly DO NOT recommend her. ********* ** ** ********** **** * ******* where she misdiagnosed my issue and also performed a surgery. Missed my sample based on which she was supposed to give me medication, tried multiple rounds of random medicines and upon visiting her daily in Care hospital for almost 15 days she said there seems to be mor issue and that's not my part. ****** ** *** ******* ***** **** **** ******** ********** *** ******** **** ******** *******
