Help me with the fear of sinus cancer

Last saturday i got scoped in my nose to find out why i was having nasal congestion. Doctor said left side has bony spur dns(i had the same found last year too, never caused issue), and on the right side when he scoped he said I have nasal polyps. Gave me a spray and told me to get a ncct pns. I was so afraid of ct scan results that i avoided it. Today finally I did it, but i am extremely scared that it will find cancer :(. I can't stop crying. I am a hypochondriac and overthinker. Please guide me doctors i beg you. Also my symptoms before visiting ent were while blood streaks in snot while sniffing it back from tthroat. That stopped after a day or two. After that i had congrstion and yellow jelly like mucus from nose. Now i have alternating congestion, when left nose opens right closes and vice versa. I never had this before this encounter. Please guide me doctors. Does this look like cancer? I dont smoke or drink or eat any tobacco. Had chickenpox last month. Please help me!

What causes septal abscess in the nose.

My father recently had problems breathing from nose. He was unable to breathe and had a runny nose for a couple of weeks. When consulted with the doctor he asked to do surgery on the same day in an emergency and said it was a severe infection called septal abscess and it was important to drain. He said it was due to diabetes and asked to check for sugar. Medicine going on However after the treatment my father still feels  blocked nose.

Please help , reports are attached

In January 2022, I discovered a large lymph node in my supraclavicular region. After undergoing blood tests and medication, it shrank on its own within a month. However, around 7-8 months later, a small lymph node reappeared. Despite consulting multiple doctors and undergoing FNAC and additional blood tests, all results indicated normalcy. Despite this reassurance, my anxiety heightened due to online information. Today, I underwent a USG, and the radiologist informed me that the nodes are present but are all normal in size. The sizes are 1.4*0.4cm and 0.5*0.4 cm. They advised against further action, as the nodes are healthy. While some doctors reassured me, one suggested a biopsy, leaving me confused and deeply depressed. I'm uncertain about what to do next and would appreciate your guidance.
