Had a sinus Fess surgery for left sided Antro Nasal Polyp 10 years back. After 5 years the polyp recurred and treated with prednisoplone.
Now since last two weeks having heavy nasal drip, block, cough, throat pain, face pain etc.
Consulted ENT doctor did Endoscopy as attached.
He says I could have prescribed steroud nasal drops after initial surgery.
However, now given DEFZA 6, CLARBACT, MUCINAC, etc and to revert back with CT scan after 10 days.
Will i require surgery?

I have persistent swelling on one side of my face, mainly the cheek and under-eye area. The swelling becomes more noticeable during or after eating.
I previously underwent FESS and septoplasty, but the swelling has continued after surgery. I recently had an ultrasound, and the report says the duct was not visualized/not seen.
Could this be related to the parotid/salivary gland or salivary duct? What could cause swelling that increases while eating?
Which specialist should I consult—ENT/head & neck surgeon, oral & maxillofacial surgeon, or another specialist? What tests would be useful?
I can upload my ultrasound and previous CT reports if needed.
My daughter had a fever for 2 days which automatically subsided. Alongside she was clearing her throat, seemed like something was getting stuck in throat. No throat pain was there. Coughing was like close to nil.
Is this viral throat infection ? Her throat is fine now, looks normal and fever lasted 2 days. Maximum temp reached 102.5

Since 1 month I have been having a pimple kind of thing near the jaw bone of the cheek and earlobe, where both are connected, half is inside the cheek and half is outside back side of the earlobe, not where we wear earrings but where both cheek and ear connects to each other
What should I do?
It's not painful but when I touch it, it used to pain and since the moment I found it I was touching it continuously, pressing it and holding it from inside of the cheek to outside of the ear lobe to see how big it is, having anxiety what should I do, I have stopped touching continuously it since a week
I have severe/tremendous throat pain, especially when swallowing food, water or saliva. I had a high fever of 102.6°F yesterday, but it has completely subsided today and I have no fever now. My throat looks very red and inflamed, with small red spots and a small white/yellow spot near the tonsil. I also have a bad taste/bad smell from my throat. My 3-year-old son currently has hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) and herpangina with mouth lesions and has not completely recovered. I have been in close/direct contact with him. Could this be a viral infection transmitted from him, or could it be bacterial tonsillitis/strep? Please advise whether I need a throat test, antibiotics, or specific treatment for the severe pain. I can swallow, but it is extremely painful.
