Had a sinus Fess surgery for left sided Antro Nasal Polyp 10 years back. After 5 years the polyp recurred and treated with prednisoplone.
Now since last two weeks having heavy nasal drip, block, cough, throat pain, face pain etc.
Consulted ENT doctor did Endoscopy as attached.
He says I could have prescribed steroud nasal drops after initial surgery.
However, now given DEFZA 6, CLARBACT, MUCINAC, etc and to revert back with CT scan after 10 days.
Will i require surgery?

Since 1 month I have been having a pimple kind of thing near the jaw bone of the cheek and earlobe, where both are connected, half is inside the cheek and half is outside back side of the earlobe, not where we wear earrings but where both cheek and ear connects to each other
What should I do?
It's not painful but when I touch it, it used to pain and since the moment I found it I was touching it continuously, pressing it and holding it from inside of the cheek to outside of the ear lobe to see how big it is, having anxiety what should I do, I have stopped touching continuously it since a week

Suffering from nose bleeding occassionally from last 6 months took antibiotics treatment shown to ENT specialist, still no relief.
Everytime some hard material is deposited inside nose , after removing that hard material getting nose bleed
Pls suggest permanent treatment
I have severe/tremendous throat pain, especially when swallowing food, water or saliva. I had a high fever of 102.6°F yesterday, but it has completely subsided today and I have no fever now. My throat looks very red and inflamed, with small red spots and a small white/yellow spot near the tonsil. I also have a bad taste/bad smell from my throat. My 3-year-old son currently has hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) and herpangina with mouth lesions and has not completely recovered. I have been in close/direct contact with him. Could this be a viral infection transmitted from him, or could it be bacterial tonsillitis/strep? Please advise whether I need a throat test, antibiotics, or specific treatment for the severe pain. I can swallow, but it is extremely painful.
History: I have been diagnosed with Eustachian Tube Dysfunction (ETD). It has been 28 days now, and my ear symptoms are feeling better than before.
Current Medicine: For this, I have been taking Monticope tablet once daily for the last 14 days.
New Symptoms (Side Effects):
I am experiencing sleep paralysis (unable to move while waking up/sleeping).
Continuous hand muscle twitching starting from last night.
Feeling severely depressed or low mood (mood off).
Since Monticope contains Montelukast, I am worried about these neuropsychiatric side effects. Since my ETD is improving, please suggest a safe alternative medicine or nasal spray to replace Monticope. Thank you.
