I spent today whole in sun near beach. My skin has become considerably dark. I read in internet some damage due to sun is reversible some is not. Please tell me if this darkening will reverse or not.

2 days Back i have bitten ny a Rabid dog who died today. Very same day i visited govt hospital and they gave me vaccine plus ARS. Vacvine in Arm and ARS on wound and remaining above both Buttocks. I read that vaccine and ARS on buttocks are waste and needs to be restarted. I want to take ARS again. Can you pls suggest any name and dose so that i can purchase and take. Thanks
I wanted to know at what stage does diabetic peripheral neuropathy hits ...as I don't have symptoms like urination , thirst, hunger , fatigue and my weight is also normal.. Recently I had pain in my left heel and doctor said it's planter facities after a week another feet started getting pricking like needle when I walk on hard floor and put my weight on leg while walking on hard floor... ( When I wear socks or shoes I won't be having pain though)... I am anxious that I am affected by diabetes???
