On 19/5/24 I got injured by a nail. On 21/5/24 I got a tetanus shot after that i was feeling tired , weak, 101° temperature, stiffness in throat, cough (very few) .

I have gas issues. Urge to burp etc. Sudden pressure in stomach sometimes for a second. With this i feel skip beats. I feel gas also while skipped beats. Don't know what it is. All my cardiac tests are repeatedly normal. Ecg echo tmt blood tests. But I'm very worried about these missed beats and when they come i feel that they will kill. Comes for a second though.
