Had a potential hiv exposure on December 8th. Got on PEP medication at 12 hours post exposure ( TDF + Emitracitabine + Dolutegravir ). I have been wisdom teeth pain and white greyish spot near the wisdom teeth. Also it pains sometimes. I have had wisdom teeth pain before aswell. But on 20th day of PEP i noticed this on my neck on the side of wisdom teeth pain. Is this a lymph node swelling ? Is this a hiv symptom? Can someone help me?

Hello, I had cut myself on metal 3 months ago. I immediately went to the local medical store and got myself a single tetanus toxoid injection. Now, 4 days ago I cut myself against metal again. It's superficial wound on left thigh with little bleeding. I was wearing full pants when the metal hit my thigh. I noticed the wound three days later. Today on the 4th day, I rubbed some aftershave over it. The picture attached shows how the wound is looking now. No excess pain or anything is happening there. Requesting a professional advice.
My father's age is 79.But still he is healthy and fit. But one problem of his body give us tention. Sometimes he becomes senseless.Then he stays in a black out condition for 5-10 minutes. He becomes fit after that automatically. But then his pressure stays low. Actually his pressure is always low but stays in a rance. We visited heart specialist,Nerve specialist, etc etc doctors and did various tests. His heart is ok and all things are ok by the reports. This is continuing near about 15 years before. So tell me please what is the disease and what is the treatment for it ...???
