Actually from last 2 days facing stomach ache severely . Also not able to eat anythin, first day didn't have anything then at night vomitted 3-4 times and had fever for 4-5 hours then next day , tried to have some fruits and ORS 2 Litres all again vomitted . Could not sleep properly, somehow the pain is bit less had some medicines still facing that issue struggling to eat something, last night had a loose motion and still heaviness is there though had nothing much . Please help it out . Same like this but in severe condition faced 3-4 weeks ago but that time had 4-5 infection prevention meds with saline and some medicines by doctor it was fine . Do let me know the steps to be followed now

Hello Doctor, for the past 1 year, I have been passing loose stools 1 to 2 times every morning.
The frequency is normal (only 1-2 times), but the consistency of the stool is completely loose.I do not have any fever, there is no blood in my stool, and I do not experience any gas or bloating.
I have noticed a clear pattern with my diet: green vegetables and fruits do not suit me at all and worsen the loose stools immediately. However, I can easily digest milk, ghee, and wheat roti without any issues.
Since this loose stool issue has been persistent for a full year, please guide me on what could be causing this and what diagnostic tests I should get done. Thank you."
