Today is my 19th day of medication, but I started having normal period-like bleeding yesterday, and it is continuing today. I have only one tablet left. Should I take the final tablet as prescribed, or stop the medication? Also, should I consider yesterday as Day 1 of my new menstrual cycle?

I am in my 5th month of pregnancy and cannot consume milk or dairy products due to lactose intolerance. My doctor has prescribed only 250 mg calcium per day. Is this dosage sufficient during pregnancy, considering I don't consume dairy? What is the generally recommended daily calcium supplementation?
Me and my partner had unprotected sex on 27th october, although I did not put semen inside the vagina, pulled out before. She took ipill on that night for prevention. Her last period ended on 17th october. Her next due date is 10th nov. Yesterday, 30th October morning she did test with prega news and result was negative. Is she safe now from unwanted pregnancy?
