We visited Dr. Kiranmayi to check my mother's blood pressure, but she refused and insisted the mother continue using her current medication. The concern is whether the mother has high blood pressure. If so, the next steps will be taken. However, despite having normal blood pressure, the doctor is pushing for the medication. The doctor was considered rude, and the time spent consulting her was seen as a not valuable.

Do not spent more time and money.

The wait time was very long. What was worse was that patients who walked in later and had appointments later than us were allowed before us.

She recommended some tests and did not even care to wrote them down.

**** ************ *** *************** She does not respond in any emergency situation. She shared her number asking to reach out to her in any urgent situation , since I was travelling. Before my trip, earlier in the morning I went for a TMT. She confirmed she would share the reports along with the diagnosis. I have made repeated follow ups, and she never responded.

The doctor did not do proper checkup, superficially looked at the neck and did not even listen to the symptoms or concerns raised. The method of diagnosis I feel was poor. When I tried asking my doubts he without evem consideration the trauma that it would create in the patient, said it may be cancer maybe not I cannot say.. how will I without investigation... Cancer isn't a term that must be used casually.

I have waited for about 1 to 1.5 hours only to meet the doctor, even though I have pre booked my appointment online using Practo.

I went to this doctor regarding my shoulder dislocation. The complete Chandanagar branch billing staff behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. They did not provide proper explanations regarding the charges and appeared to include unnecessary items in the bill. This caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

I request you to kindly review the billing process at the Chandanagar branch and take appropriate action against the concerned staff. Please ensure transparency in billing and improve patient service to avoid such issues in the future.

Not recommend for cases which needs immediate attention. Visited for my cough and high fever treatment. There is no prompt appointment structure in this hospital, i had to wait for more than 3 hours post appointment. Response from the doctor also is not very welcoming.

Took my grand mother for diabetes. Doctor keep on increasing tablets every time we visited again. It not resolved the main issue *** **** ** ******* ****** ********* Not have patience to listen.
