I am recently (September) diagnosed with PCOS, and my gynecologist asked me to reduce the weight to 10kgs. As I already knew Dr. Radha kumari madam since 2014, I immediately met her informing about the problem. She has started with very simple home remedies and no additional alopathy nutritional supplements suggested. And it was very easy for me to follow with little walking.
