Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueValue for moneyWait time
We went to see doctor for our mother around 11;30 AM and waited for half an hour to see a duty doctor just for 5 mins. The duty doctor *** ***** *** **** ***** ****** **** ***** ******** suggested doppler test and the consultation was done in an emergency room with hard explanation and no time to talk about the issue what's going on and suggest for a doppler test. We were given timeslot at 1 PM and had to wait another half an hour as there was another patient waiting or the same which we did not know before. ************ the doctor supposed to do the doppler test was unavailable since morning . *** ******* ********* ******* *** ******* ******* ******* ******** *** *** *** ** ******** ***** ***** ** *** ** ******* ****** *** **** ******* ** *** **** **** ******* **** ******** ****** ** ** *** ** **** ******* ***** ** **** ****
Later we had to wait another 1 and half hour just to talk to major doctor about the report. We had a chance to see the major doctor (Praveen) around 3 PM and it was just 2 MINs conversation. *** ******** **** ********** *** ** ** *** * ******* *** ******** ** ******* ****** *********** **** ******* **** ** **** **** *****
The hospital management needs to know how to manage timings of OP patients as we don't want to pay 1200 just for a 2 mins visit. * *** * ********** ******** **** ** ***** *** **** **** ** **** ** ******** ******* ** *** **** *** ***** ******
The TIME MANAGEMENT needs to be improved a LOT and respect PATIENT's Time. Most of us have to spend a day almost just for a simple check up.
If the SURGEONs are too busy treating others, please don't accept OUT patients for consultation. Tell them doctor is busy and there would be junior doctors to assist you mean while. Otherwise reschedule the visits and need lot of improvement on the management side.
