Staff were helpful and polite. But since there’s no real partition from the reception area, patients can overheatr personal conversations and friendly banter between staff, unlike my regular clinic in the U.K.. After my procedure I think it was close to closing time, they were all chatting about some event they had and they were taking photos as I was waiting to be picked up by my family. Very great as well, got wifi, it was quiet the temperature is right, all the staffs are accommodating, even though I'm a guy, some facial clinics are just snobbish. very friendly very relaxing place to be with. I don't even hear the staff chit chatting, and if they do they make sure they are the only ones that hearing their each others voice. thank you so much. if only I have a tons of money, I would always go there and have my ugly not maintained face be taken care of. thank you for the experience, for now my priority is my family especially my son who has a special condition that requires a lot of money. thanks!  - Verified Patient
