I am 21M, have been suffering from bad breath. Dentists confirmed no gum diseases, cavities or abnormalities. Oral cavity is clear, scaling is also done. Ent has also no concerns. My gastro suggested ppis but still no relief.
I highly suspect it might be oral candidiasis or tongue biofilm as the tongue buildup is what that smells. I brush and scrape tongue twice a day. But after I take meals, the tongue coating starts getting bigger. I had used chlorohexidine mouthwash for 7 days and it worked wonders, but after stopping it, it started smelling again.
What should I do. I am attaching my tongue pictures right after scraping and after 2 to 3 meals (at night)
My 13-year-old son has a mouth ulcer. I have applied Orasore gel. Can I also apply glycerin, or should I use something else? Please advise.

My son is 6 years old still he has not lost his baby teeth. What age is it normal to start loosing. I seee his baby teeth are very strong.
I had a large mouth ulcer like 8 months ago inside cheek,in the corner , which is healed, which means closed.. I developed a black pigmentation in the area and little white translucent skin.but still after eating spicy food I have burning sensation in that area.i consulted doctor they found no abnormalities..but the burning sensation for few mins after eating is keeping me thinking about it..pls advice..is it normal?I gave attached a pic of that area.
