Tooth 48 was extracted 32 days ago, stitches removed 7 days later. After 20 days tooth 46 was slightly paining.because I accidently removed a piece of gum between tooth with my nail. When I press that tooth or nearby gum. it bleeds a little . Visited dentist again and he said it's residual healing pain. Gave Paracetamol 10 days but I am still worried. No would/ulcer/ discoloration/ lumps/ bumps / in the entire mouth. Googled (bleeding gums) and evertime I get is "CANCER". HELP. dentist assured me it's mechanical irritation. But still I want second opinion. I am a Carcinophobiac person. Attached x ray. I don't want to die. I am. Just 32 Male.
My baby was born on 16 May 2025. I have noticed multiple black/dark spots on both the upper and lower front teeth and am concerned whether these are cavities, stains, or an enamel problem.
He takes NAN PRO 3 formula milk and daily supplements (D3 Must, Gemcal P, and A To Z NS, 1 ml each). His diet includes dalia, dal, apple puree, banana.
Could you please advise:
1. What could be causing these black spots?
2. Do these look like cavities that need treatment?
3. Could formula milk, night feeds, diet, or supplements be contributing?
4. Should I take him for an in-person dental check-up urgently?
I have attached a photo for reference.
I have noticed a new, extra tooth growing above my left molar, and it has started causing me pain. Is the removal process for a supernumerary/extra tooth painful, and what are the next steps I should take?
My 9-year-old child lost a tooth more than two months ago, but the permanent tooth has still not come in. I wanted to know if it is okay to give Cavit Syrup to help with tooth growth. If yes, what would be the appropriate dosage for a 9-year-old?
I had an extraction of three teeth at a time. After that Dr gave antibiotics, painkillers and other necessary medicines. But now I have completed the antibiotic course as prescribed. However, my gums are still very swollen and since yesterday I have been experiencing tremendous pain.
I feel that something might be stuck in the gum, which could be causing the discomfort.
What should I do now. Kindly guide as early as possible because the pain is unbearable.
Thank you so much for your time and guidance.
Warm regards
