My last period was on 7 august and after that i took ipill on 15 august nd then on 22 august i got withdrawal bleeding straight for 15 days and today its 25 September my periods are delayed i tried home urine pregnancy test they all are negative what should i do

Hi Doctors, I just wanted to understand how allergic rhinitis is usually managed during pregnancy when a short 5-day course of an allergy tablet recommended by gynac is not providing sufficient relief. As soon as the tablet stops, it flares up. I have had allergic rhinitis for many years, even before marriage, and based on my previous experience, I know that my symptoms usually do not settle without proper treatment. This time, it is significantly affecting my day-to-day life and my ability to work and sleep. I have also been using saline nasal spray and steam regularly, but unfortunately, neither is helping at all. Whenever my symptoms flare up, I start feeling chills and lose my appetite as well, which makes it quite difficult to function normally. Could you please advise what is the usual next treatment approach doctors follow for someone with recurrent/severe allergic rhinitis during pregnancy?
Hello I am 26 Female I have pcod and took ovulation induction for follicle to grow My last period was on 13 aug And i ovulated on sep 4 From sep 5 to sep 20, i took duphaston tablets (morning and night) I usually get leriod 5 days after stopping-- that is , i should have got on 25 or 26 sep But on 23 sep, night around 11pm, i got little spotting, it lasted for around 20 min only After around 1 hour i did pregnancy test, posting tge picture now. Please help me detect whether it is positive or negative?? I am unable to know whether it us postive or negative..
Since last three days I am having spotting. 1st day normal discharge with light brown strain. 2nd day and third day, having blackish brown discharge sometimes(attached pics) and most of the time the area is dry or watery discharge with brown blood strain. Lmp date is 26th August. And interval between two cycles is 35- 45 days avg. Why am I having it? No unusual smell I have found and no pain
