I have been experiencing feeling like passing out and lightheaded. I eat properly and stay hydrated but still feel like I will pass out d feel confusion and unable to focus. And when try to move t feels wobbly and need support of surroundings to walk and also feels floating kind of feeling in legs stomach. And it happens quite often from past few days. Am I unsure whether what is the issue. I'm unable to work or continue dayto day activities. I do take vitamins tablet b complex but can't get better. Can you please suggest what course of action to take? I m confused. Please help .

I'm waking up in the night from couple of months feeling numbness in both hands and also chest tension fear kind of.
This is happening almost 5 days in a week. If I wakeup and sit for 2-3 minutes all the symptoms go off. But if I lay down again, the same issue is happening. I'm getting very light sleep through out the night. And sometimes no sleep at all. Kindly let me know what is the issue. I tried differnet sleeping positions but no use

We have recently discovered that my uncle of age 66 has symptoms of parkinson's from last 3 years like difficulty in walking not even single step he can walk difficulty in balance slowness in speech and bends while walking we approached doctor of reputed hospital named kuppaswamy naida multi specialty hospital and he dint even said what's wrong with uncle and i told him all symptoms and then he prescribed syndopa 110 mg and levodopa 100 mg which uncle took but it's been 10 days now from day 1 his health has worsen even more now he can't even wake up from bed now previously as uncle was sugar and bp patient he took medication and that medication controlled his sugar and bp also he took all blood test where everything was normal he changed entire prescription for bp sugar and uncle health worsen even more. i don't know what to do now some doctors just don't listen and instead of treating the diseases they make it even worse we went to top neurologist in top hospital even though no use
