I recently underwent a robotic surgery at Medicover Hospitals, Financial District, under the care of Dr. Prithvi Perum Mam. My surgery lasted around 6 hours, and I am extremely grateful to Mam for performing the surgery so well and making the entire experience much more comfortable than I expected.

Before the surgery, we were quite worried about the cost because robotic surgery can be expensive. However, Dr. Prithivi Mam was extremely supportive and helped us with the insurance process as well. When we finally saw the hospital bill, we were genuinely surprised and relieved by the amount. Her approach towards patients is something we truly appreciated. She is not someone who treats patients with a transactional mindset; she is genuinely patient-friendly, caring and understanding

I visited this doctor at Medicover Hospital only once and would not choose to consult him again. I approached him for a severe cough.
