I had a very nice experience with her. One of the main reasons I would recommend anyone to consult her is because of her home friendly diet and one that you can continue for months. It's not too strict that you get tired after 1 month and also not too lenient to revert back to your past ways. The results may not come fast but after 3 months you feel a lot healthy and fresh than before. Not just diet, she also recommends a proper healthy lifestyle and good habits that'll keep your mental health great too. I undertook this diet during a very stressful period of my life and not once did I feel any discomfort or tiredness and still continuing it. (I lost 8 kgs in 2 months)
