Our experience with AIG Hospitals was ********* disappointing *** *********** **** ***** ** ******* We had to wait for more than 26 HOURS just to get a consultation with the doctor, which is completely unacceptable *** * ******** ** **** ************
And after waiting for more than a day, the consultation itself lasted not even 2 minutes. The doctor barely listened, did not properly explain what had caused the problem, did not discuss the condition in any meaningful way, and gave absolutely no proper guidance regarding preventive measures or what should be done going forward.
The doctor ****** wrote a prescription and ******** said that it was a “minor issue” that could be solved with medicines. But **** ** *** ******** **** * the medicines prescribed cost more than ₹50,000. If you are going to prescribe medicines worth over ₹50,000, the least a patient deserves is a proper explanation of why they are needed, what the diagnosis actually is, how long they need to be taken, what the alternatives are, and what precautions should be followed.
*** ********** *** ******* ************ **** ******* ********* ***** *** * ******** **** ** ************** Nobody properly explained what the next step was, when tests had to be done, where to go, how appointments worked, or how the entire process was supposed to proceed. ******** *** ***** ******** **** **** ******** *** ****** ** ****** ****** *** ***********

Waiting 26+ hours for a consultation that lasts less than 2 minutes is NOT patient care.
Patients come to hospitals when they are already worried, vulnerable, and looking for answers. They deserve time, clarity, communication, and basic respect — not a rushed prescription *** * **** *****

Visited Dr. Chaitanya Koduri (Neurologist)
I recently consulted Dr. M. Chaitanya after experiencing numbness in my left hand and left leg. The way he analyzed my condition was truly remarkable. He spent nearly 20 minutes patiently listening to me, asking detailed questions, and understanding my symptoms.
What impressed me the most was how he connected my recent symptoms with events and health changes from the past few months. He guided me through the sequence of events, prompting me with the right questions that helped me recall important details I had overlooked. His clinical reasoning and ability to correlate everything gave me a great deal of confidence.
By the end of the consultation, I felt a tremendous sense of relief. He explained my condition in a very reassuring and understandable way, which helped reduce my anxiety. I left the consultation with the confidence that my condition was manageable and that, with proper rest, medication, and time, I would recover well.
I truly appreciate Dr. Chaitanya’s patience, expertise, and compassionate approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who listens carefully, analyses thoroughly, and provides confidence along with the right treatment.
Visited Dr. Chaitanya Koduri (Neurologist)
My Dad was already an inpatient at AIG hospitals Gachibowli regarding lung issue. At the same time he happened to have trigeminal Neuralgia pain. The pain was soo much that we were afraid if it hinders the treatment of lungs. So we decided to take an appointment with a neurologist and that is how ended up with consulting Dr Venkata krishna Chaitanya Koduri.
So when we first met him, we were trying to explain issue and symptoms. God, he did not have patience. He was so rude, he does not even respect either patients age. We were showing him the PET Scan reports he pushed them aside. He wants us to take new tests, Brain MRI with Contrast and Neck MRI. We thought that Dr Chaitanya is going to diagnose from the beginning, so I had my dad go through all the tests the next day. We gathered the reports from these tests and met with Dr Venkata Krishna Chaitanya. God, he acted as if he was so busy, i doubt whether he even looked at these reports. All he said was to continue the same medicines.
So we were left at the same place where we started plus with all the additional bills for tests and consultation.

Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
I had chronic pancreatitis, visited three Gastroenterologists, and one surgeon in one of the corporate hospitals but all said that the stone can not be removed without major surgery as it is in a bigger size. I have come to know about Sandeep Sir and taken an appointment on 16th May 2020. The doctor just asked us to show the CT scan film then after seeing the report he told us that all the stones can be removed with the ERCP procedure, he explained clearly about the procedure and asked us to admit in hospital.
We admitted to the hospital on 18th May 2020 for the procedure then they started ESWL procedure to break the stones but for me it took three sittings as the stones are hardened and bigger in size. And the very next day they started the ERCP procedure to remove the broken stones but in my case they removed only 50% as there was swelling to the pancreas and he did not want to take a risk. They suggested us to come again after one month to finish the rest of the procedure.
Sandip Sir is very well explained each and everything about my issues and procedures and finally the treatment is awesome. As my personal experience, I highly recommend Dr. Sandeep Sir and AIG hospital for better treatment instead of wasting money and valuable time by visiting any other hospitals.
The treatment cost is also reasonable compared to any other corporate hospitals
Sandeep Sir, Thanks a lot for your treatment, and I never forget the same thing in my life.
