I had a C-section 4 months ago and am exclusively breastfeeding. My period returned at 2 months postpartum with a 35-day gap between the first two cycles. However, it has now been 40 days since my last period and I haven't started bleeding yet. My baby recently started sleeping a 4 to 5-hour stretch at night. I am not experiencing any pain, cramps, or unusual discharge. Is it normal to get two periods postpartum and then have them skip or become irregular while exclusively breastfeeding? What should be my next steps?
My sister is diagnosed with bilateral dilated ovarian veins with prominent myometrial vessels, right measuring 6.6mm and left 6.7 likely to be pelvic congestion. Please suggest what can I do to get it treated.

I have pcod and took ovulation induction for follicle to grow
My last period was on 13 aug
And i ovulated on sep 4
From sep 5 to sep 20, i took duphaston tablets (morning and night)
I usually get leriod 5 days after stopping-- that is , i should have got on 25 or 26 sep
But on 23 sep, night around 11pm, i got little spotting, it lasted for around 20 min only
After around 1 hour i did pregnancy test, posting tge picture now.
Please help me detect whether it is positive or negative??

I am 21 weeks pregnant and would like to know if you can help me with my situation. I have a large anterior subserosal fibroid (about 15cm) and have had severe ongoing abdominal pain since a recent hospital admission for UTI. I was told the pain may be due to fibroid degeneration, but my CRP and neutrophils remain raised, so I am concerned about ongoing infection/inflammation. My Hb, RBC and haematocrit have also been progressively falling. I cannot see all my results, including urine culture and ferritin/iron studies. I have also had two attempts at my anomaly scan, but the baby’s face could not be visualised because of position. I would like an overall review of my situation, advice on what investigations/treatment I should discuss with my NHS maternity team, and whether further assessment of the fibroid, anaemia, infection or incomplete scan is needed. Could you please let me know if this is something you can advise on?
I had my periods twice this month. The first was on 1st sept and second it was on 23 sept. My periods have become less than 3-4 days.
