Hello Doctor, I am 28 years old, weigh 80 kg, and have a history of irregular periods and hypothyroidism (initial TSH 10.4). In February, I started levothyroxine 50 mcg and Primolut-N for 3 months. My periods became regular during treatment but stopped after discontinuing Primolut-N. My TSH improved to 4.5 after losing 3 kg. I continued having brown discharge, so Primolut-N was prescribed again along with PCOD granules. I am still taking levothyroxine 50 mcg.
Since July 18, I have had brown discharge, initially with small clots. In September, it continued for around 3 weeks with larger clots. I am now experiencing brown discharge throughout the month, with very light blood or tiny clots visible only when wiping. I do not need pads and have no pain or other symptoms. I am currently outside India and cannot visit you.
I still have Primolut-N tablets with me. Can I take them again to stop this discharge, or would you recommend any tests or other treatment?

Can i check if my wife can take duphalac lactulose solution every alternative day or daily if she is experiencing constipation issues due to iron tables FERRUM HAUSMANN chewable tablet which is prescribed by doctor in Hong Kong. She is currently into her 20 weeks of pregnancy. Also she takes multivitamin tablets( include folic acid) daily as prescribed by doctor. Is it safe to take duphalac everyday and how much quantity is safe ?
Hello doctors,plz check the attached report.Having recurrent aerobic vaginal infection since 6 months.I have recently used linezolid for 7 days and currently using Ecotas bv probiotics.After finish my antibiotic course ,my symptoms came to normal,during course i don't feel any symptoms but after treatment i have stated my lower abdominal pain and burning as well.What should I do with this,I keep doing urine routines and vaginal swab culture,i keep getting uti and vaginal infection.Im really tired of this issue since an year.What will be the best solution ?I have used all kinds of antibiotics since 6 months.
