Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing itching for quite a long time in the groin area (inner thighs near the penis) and around the anal region. The itching becomes especially intense when I go to bed, whether during the day or at night. I have already taken antifungal medication (AF-150) and used clotrimazole (Candid cream), and Luliconazole but there has been no improvement. There are no clear red rashes or ring-like marks, but the skin has become irritated and slightly darker due to scratching. Could you please guide me on what this condition might be and what treatment I should follow?
Hello, there are small white marks on my child's arm. Noticed them recently since he has started wearing short sleeves now. Update : we were in goa for 1 month and spent all day on beach and were tanned three shades. These images are post that but tan everywhere else is gone so why specific marks? Thank you .
