HSG done under image intensifier control and in aseptic conditions under short GA..
• Internal OS was cannulated and 10 ml of diluted contrat injected slowly under image intensifier and films taken. 10ml of saline was injected into Uterine cavity post procedure to wash away the contrast in the tubes.
Uterine cavity is well filled and is normal. No space occupying lesion is seen.
Right fallopian tube is visualised in entire extent. Fimbrial end shows peri fimbrial halo. Loculated spill of contrast is seen in the delayed scans which progressively increased on insufflation of the contrast. No definite free spill is seen.
Left fallopian tube is visualised in the entire extent and show peri fimbrial halo with mild dilation of the fimbrial end. Loculated spill of contrast is seen which increased on delayed scans on continuous insufflation of the contrast. No definite free spill of contrast is seen.
No evidence of intravasation of contrast seen.
Please correlate clinically.
My cycles are usually 32–33 days, and my current period is delayed by 3 days. Making my next period likely around Nov 1–4. I’ll be travelling from Oct 29–Nov 13, and my first 3–4 days are very painful + heavy flow. Is there a safe way to bring my October period forward to around Oct 25? I’d prefer not to use any medicines to delay it, as it makes my cramps worse when the period eventually comes.
I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Normal and safe pregnancy. Only Folic acid medicine is prescribe. I only allergic to antibiotic medicine like Monclav. No food or any other allergy. Since last night suffering from cold and bodyache. What medicine could be safe ?? Any Paracetamol???

Hi...12sep ko aye the periods or 16 sep ko tablet start kar dee thi ...us se pehle bhi 10 month se tablet le rhi huun ....last relation 3rd sep ko bna tha ... pregnancy issue to nhi hai ...cuz 12 sep ko periods aa gye the...uske baad koi bhi relation nhi bna .....but 2-3days se legs bhut pain kar rhi hai ...Aaj shaam ko to vommit jaise bhi lga ....weekness acid bhi lag rha tha
