Hello mam I am sexually inactive from 8 to 9 yrs before 8 yr I had unprotected intercourse but after 8 yr I had tested for peace of my mind pap smear it comes negative.. suppose I will never do intercourse for life time then also I need pap smear every 3 yrs or not plzz help bcoz it feel frustrated after many years...my age is 29 and I don't have any unusual symptoms... Calcium dosage during 5th month of preg
I am in my 5th month of pregnancy and cannot consume milk or dairy products due to lactose intolerance. My doctor has prescribed only 250 mg calcium per day. Is this dosage sufficient during pregnancy, considering I don't consume dairy? What is the generally recommended daily calcium supplementation?
