Your vitamin D levels are little low , You can take vit d capsule 60k i u capsule/ weak . 1 capsule for once a week for 1 month. Get moderate sunlight exposure for about 10-30 minutes several times a week. Include vitamin D-rich foods in your diet such as fish ,dairy products, and eggs

After 2months of supplementation, retest your vitamin D levels to check improvement.

You have deficiency of vit d. Take tablet vit. D3 10microgram daily for 6 weeks. Take more of fortified cereals, eggs, mushrooms,  curd, cheese, soya, spinach, sweet potatoes,  Bananas, oranges. Stay in mild, morning,  sunlight for about an hour daily.

That is low. You need above 50 for optimum bone health and immunity. Take supplements with a fatty meal as vit d is fat-soluble and needs fat for good absorption. Recheck your levels after a month. Also, in addition to supplements, eat food rich in vitamin d such as milk, egg, chicken and get enough sunlight.

Hello, Your vit D is on the lower side and you need to take supplements for the deficiency. Rx Cap. Cholecalciferol 60000IU once a week For 8 weeks.
Next Steps
1. 15 20 minutes of early morning sunexposure 2. Adequate calcium intake from diet 3. recheck vit d3 and calcium levels after 2-3 months
