I am currently 83 kg and 5'7". Can anyone suggest me something to lose weight? I have tried various diets and workouts but the weight will always gain back. I want to lose around 10kg

Hi, you can follow the following steps to lose weight 1. Have 3 major (breakfast,lunch and dinner) and 2 minor meals ( mid meal between breakfast and lunch and evening snacks between your lunch and dinner) 2. Drink atleast 3 to 4 liters of water each day 3.
