I noticed a long, flat boil/lump about 4 cm in size on my pubic area around 10 days ago. At the same time, I had lower abdominal pain on the same side for about 3 days, which resolved on its own. I used warm compresses for a few minutes over 2 days, after which the lump drained spontaneously and reduced significantly in size. It is now much smaller than it was initially.
The area where the lump has reduced has left a dark mark, which is slightly itchy only when touched. I currently have no pain, redness, warmth, swelling, or fever, and I have not felt unwell at any point.
Should I have the remaining lump examined by a doctor, or is it reasonable to leave it alone and allow it to resolve on its own?

Onset: 13 September 2026, after applying MARS makeup setting spray.
Affected area: Predominantly the left cheek and the area around/below the left eye.
Symptoms observed: Localized redness, irritation, and mild swelling/puffiness. The affected side appears noticeably more inflamed than the opposite side.
Possible trigger: MARS makeup setting spray, used shortly before the reaction appeared.
Current status: Reaction is localized to one side of the face.
Suspected cause: Possible irritant or allergic contact reaction to an ingredient in the setting spray; exact cause not confirmed.

I m 26 yrs old unmarried female.I noticed some mild papillie fingerlike projections on my labia minora 3 yrs before before that my vulva was normal but after that papillae it starts to itching on heavy activities like when it gets pressure for example while riding scooty our vulva gets some presurre from below so it starts to itching due to friction but before that i never faced this problem i showed it to many gynac they all gave me medicine and its just temporary symtoms relief after soing activity its starts itching and also while touching that papillae its painful but here in my place doctor don't have any idea i want to remove it which doctor to shows it for removal one of my dermat says remove it but its very much inside or close to vaginal opening so go and remove its from gynaecologist but my gynac refused said its normal bt it causing me discomfort and any suggestion for best doctor nashik for this??
