My dermatologist has prescribed me doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules and also isotretinoin capsules IP 20 mg. Are these medicines safe to be taken together? I have been told to take them once in a day.

Hello Doctors, I have been following the prescribed treatment for the past 3–4 days. I was prescribed Dazit 10 and Fluka 150, with Fluka 150 to be taken only once a week. I was also advised to use Luli cream twice a day on the affected areas and Candid dusting powder twice a day. I have noticed significant improvement in the itching in my underarms, but there has been little to no improvement in my inner thighs and groin/crotch area. The itching in these areas is still persistent and almost the same as before. Could you please advise me on what I should do next? Should I continue the same treatment for a few more days, or should I have a follow-up/reevaluation since there has been no significant improvement in the inner thigh and groin area? Also, should I continue taking Fluka 150 once a week as prescribed, or is any change in the dosage required?
