"Hello Doctor, mujhe groin aur inner thighs mein pehle Tinea Cruris (fungal infection) hua tha, jiske liye maine Luliconazole cream lagana shuru kiya. Shuruat mein cream lagane se fungal patch theek hone laga aur skin dry hokar flaky hone lagi. Main pichhle 5 din se regular cream laga raha hoon, lekin 3 din pehle se achanak ek nayi problem shuru ho gayi—raat ko cream lagane ke baad subah uthte hi skin bohot laal ho jaati hai aur baalon ki jadon (hair follicles) par chhote-chhote safed pus wale daane nikal aate hain jinme chhoone par dard hota hai. Din bhar mein shaam tak yeh thoda dry aur settle hota hai, lekin raat ko cream lagate hi subah wapas wahi reaction trigger ho jata hai. Aaj condition yeh hai ki dono inner thighs par white dry peeling/papdi ke sath-sath hair follicles par pus wale daane (pustules) phail chuke hain aur ek jagah prominent pus head bana hua hai. Maine abhi har tarah ki cream lagana band kar diya hai. Please batayein ki is pus aur occlusive reaction ko theek karu
Doctor, I've been experiencing irritation and itching around the skin/fold near my anus for the past several days. I'm not sure what could be causing it. It isn't clearly visible when | look normally, but when I gently spread the area, I can see what looks like some kind of skin irritation or possible infection. Could you please advise me on what this might be and what I should do? If you recommend any cream or ointment, please let me know which one would be appropriate.
Yesterday, I suddenly encountered a high fever and according to google, it was due to those little bumps. My body happened to heat profoundly, and my mother used the "Clothe Method" to cool my body a bit. Cold was rising from within and I covered myself with two blankets. After a while, the fever diminished by alot, however, another calamity came upon me. My stomach severely ached and I felt dizzy, nauseous, and weak. Fortunately, I could walk though. Then, the stomach-ache resulted in excreting liquid feces. Later on, the excretion was all just brownish water. I couldn't sleep the entire night. Please, tell me what I should do?
I hv genital warts 3 month back, consulted a doctor, given some medicine to eat & Also given podowart-s to apply on this. After applying it two times in 3 days, skin removed/cut and after some days. It was ok as it should be. Itching started again after 1 week. Now again many small warts is there near anal area. Please suggest to get it rid of permanently.
