I have a dry patch near my lips from the past 3 months, it turns black after applying a moisturizer and usually is dry and white when left without any creams I have tried everything to moisturize it, it just doesnt go away. I am attaching a picture of one rash. It has been present for about 60 days, and I have been on medication for 45 days, but it has not improved at all. The medications I have used include: Itraconazole tablets Antifungal soap Dustin powder Luliconazole cream Homeopathic medicines I have undergone a blood sugar test, which was normal, and a cholesterol test, which was also normal except for an elevated LDL cholesterol level. I would like to know why the rash is not healing. Could it be due to another underlying disease? Is it related to cancer or an early sign of HIV?
