Hello Doctor, I am a 28-year-old male. For the past 1 year, I have had white patches/white lines inside my mouth along with occasional burning sensation and irritation. I have consulted multiple dentists and oral specialists, but no definite diagnosis has been made so far. Some doctors suspected Oral Lichen Planus, while others were not sure. I quit smoking more than 1 year ago, but the condition has still not completely resolved. The symptoms sometimes improve and then recur.
