I have very sensitive skin. Every summer I get recurrent acne like bumps on my stomach (maybe folliculitis). I rarely see people having acne on their stomach so I'm a bit concerned. I have tried benzoyl peroxide which helps temporarily but the bumps keep coming back every summer after sweat and heat( as noticed by me). What treatment or preventive measures would you recommend for someone with very sensitive skin?

Hello doctor, woke up one morning approximately 6–7 days ago and noticed a scar-like lesion on my lip that was not present the previous day. Initially, the area would bleed easily. Over the past few days, the bleeding has stopped and a clot has formed over the scar. There is now also a white substance forming beneath the clot. The lesion has not improved on its own, and I am concerned about its persistence and changing appearance. I have no other associated symptoms mentioned at this time. I would like this to be evaluated, as it appeared suddenly and has not resolved.

I have noticed redness on the skin of my penis for the last 2 days, and it is getting worse. There are red lines/patches, and the skin feels itchy and burns. I have not had any sexual activity recently. There is a watery/blood-like discharge. Please advise the possible causes and what treatment I should follow.
