Doctor, I have been suffering from Lichen Sclerosis for the past few years. Recently, I have been experiencing a lot of discomfort. The skin in the affected area has become very thin and fragile, and I frequently develop cracks and skin breaks.
I also feel that the affected area has become narrowed, and I get swelling there from time to time. The symptoms improve temporarily with treatment but tend to recur.
I am quite परेशान and worried about the repeated skin damage and narrowing. I want a proper and long-term treatment so that the condition can be controlled and, if possible, the narrowing can be improved.
Please guide me regarding the appropriate treatment and whether the narrowing can be reversed.
I have 3 boils and redness around jock area. It becomes bigger and erupts and leaves dark spot. Also while skin there is black so help me lighten it and remove boils

Hello Doctor, I have developed tanning and uneven pigmentation after sun exposure. My engagement is on October 12, and I want to improve the tan and get a brighter, more even skin tone safely. My skin is normal-to-dry. I am currently using a Vitamin C face wash, Dot & Key Barrier Repair Moisturizer and SPF 50 sunscreen.
Can you please suggest a safe routine or treatment for pigmentation and brightness? Is a carbon peel/facial suitable for me before my engagement? Please also let me know if I need any serum or prescription treatment.
I have developed redness over palms but my liver enzymes are normal..Can this happen due to dry skin?
Or Is this that has to be worried too much
