Cold sneeze

हेलो सर मेरे पिचले 50 दिनो से जुकम है। मैंने डॉक्टर से सलाह भी ली मेरे दोस्त की मेडिकल शॉप है उनसे भी सलाह ही अलग अलग कफी दवा ले चुका हूं विक्स की भाप ले चुका हूं नाक बहना बंद नहीं हुआ है। मेरे एलर्जी से जुकाम होती रहती है। मैंने सोचा एलरी का नतीजा है एलर्जी के इंजेक्शन ले चुका लेकिन अभी तक नाक बहना बंद नहीं हुआ सिट्रीज़िन मोंटेलकास्ट भी ले चुका हूं कृपया कोई सुझव दे जिसके लिए अनुसर इलाज लू।

Regular Cold and cough type allergy

Hello Doctors, My father is 54 years old. He has diabetes and BP.. On an average his BP is around 132/85 and Sugar level is around 250.. He has a problem of running nose and sneezing and slight cough on a regular basis. He calls it allergy and and even take mild cold medicine presicribed by doctors here but since we live in very small town I am not sure how reliable this can be. I request you to please advice whether it's a allergy or not and how it can be treated.. he starts to sneeze with slight change in temp.. it can be early morning or afternoon when it's sunny and even with strong perfume. Please let me know what should we do and what type of medication should he take as he is diabetic regular medicines can be problematic.we got his chest X-ray(attached). Kindly advise!

Fever followed by rash and itch

This had happened twice in a year. I am 64 female. A mild fever 102 deg. F that lasts for 8 to 9 days and a rash develops in cheek , chest, back, thighs, shoulders during the 4th day. Fever goes off after 9 days. But rash and itching continues. Then desquamation (peeling of skin) happens and it continues for close to a month. I had checked for malaria, typhoid, dengue, leptospirosis, tc dc, blood count,lft,,urine,blood culture. So what fever is this that had occured twice in a year. Pls help

What is the estimated life expectancy for a 64 year old male who has been diagnosed with COPD, takes blood pressure medication, has smoked cigarettes for 50 years but quit recently, has a history of alcoholism but now drinks socially, smokes crack cocaine weekly, injects intravenous opioids (crushed dilaudid pills, no street heroin) several times a week, is prescribed 80mg Oxycontin, 3mg Xanax, and 30mg Percocet daily, is a T11 paraplegic, has a stage 4 decubitous ulcer, who rarely exercises,

Skin Rashes

I've been having rashes on my foreheads, ears, cheeks and arms since January until now. Slightly dry texture and itchy. I just wanna know if this is allergy towards something I ate like chicken.
