My mother took both doses of Covaxin it's been 15 days after second dose, I did Sars Cov 2 total antibodies and Antibodies against Spike protein both results came out negative less than 1 and less than 0.4 respectively. Want an expert opinion which is non diplomatic and practical i.e. does it proves that she has no protection against the Covid virus?

Sir...I had been chain smoker...quit-16 yrs...Pan parag chewing for about 8 yrs..quit one year... White patches appeared in hard palate 3 yrs back and vanished... Now, two white patches found in the throat, as revealed through endoscopy... Can I use 'Fluca-150' tablets ? Kindly suggest me further treatment also.. Thanks and regards...
