I am 42 years old male and I was diagnosed with CTO. This is the same block which was treated with stent 5 years ago and completely blocked now. I delayed regular check up by 2 years due to covid, which proved be fatal.

When I knew about my condition, me and my family were very much worried and concerned as we heard that bypass surgery will be the only option to treat this condition, CTO with prior stent.

But when I met and talked to Dr. Sudhir Koganti at Citizens Hospitals, Hyderabad, I got lot of confidence felt very safe. Even before treatment, just interacting with him made me feel safe. On 9Feb2022, he performed very complex stenting procedure and opened the block. I later came to know that he is one of the very few doctors who can perform this kind of complex stenting procedure in whole of India, and also the equipment he used is pretty rare in India. The procedure was big success, and I was discharged next day.

I am extremely happy, satisfied and thankful to Dr.Sudheer. He has vast experience as Interventional Cardiologist and highly qualified, I feel lucky that I met Dr.Sudheer. He is friendly, approachable and understands patients concerns. He was considerate at the time of billing also. Cost was significantly less compared to other hospitals.

The whole experience of admitting to hospital to discharge was hassle free. Thanks to Mr.Ganesh, personal assistant of Dr.Sudheer. Right from diagnosis, he was with us. Hospitalization with critical disease is traumatic experience for any patient and family members. But Ganesh made me and my wife feel very comfortable and took care of all administrative things. He followed up and arranged all the necessary things at the hospital. He was very empathetic and always available. Thanks to him, I never felt that anxiety of being in hospital.

The staff in ICCU are professional and caring. Food from canteen was good and tasty. My overall experience of Citizen Hospital was very good.

I went for consultation with Dr Suresh Chandra, regarding vasectomy operation. Unfortunately he sent me to an another doctor Dr Deepak Sharma. I went through the operation next day. During the operation the senior doctor along with a junior doctor Sruti handled operation so roughly. Surprisingly, the doctor had no patience even wait for Anastasia begin to work and immediately started operating. I was literally under so much painful situation. This is part one.

Part two: I went to hospital again to get the stitches removed after 6 days. Here the nurse Ms Sumati is such a buzy person that in 45 seconds she removed 4 stitches. You can imagine how careful she might be while removing the stitches. As a consequence, two stitches were still attached inside the scrotum. Nurse told doctor that everything is fine and the doctor didn't care to look at the condition. After two days I was still feeling uncomfortable and pain has started, immediately I visited our office doctor and he removed two stitches under the skin which were not removed earlier by the nurse. I visited Dr.Jyoti for the 1st time in Continental Hospital for pre-pregnancy consultaion in February, 2022. She listened and understood our query thoroughly and suggested necessary tests for both me & my husband. She also adviced the necessary meds I should be taking even before conceiving. Since all my test reports were good, she straightway asked to visit post conceiving, and avoided unnecessary visits unlike most other doctors. I re-visited post conceiving few months later & since then we comnected more. She used to thoroughly check & listen to any concern I had and always suggested whats best for me & baby. Every time I visited her, I always felt so happy & never disappointed. She adviced only the necessary meds that would keep me & my baby healthy, she also suggested a good diet for me. Very nice doctor, I went for the treatment to high fever lasting for past 15 days with highly elevated CRP

I strongly recommend Dr. Vijay Kumar kolkunda why because when I consult sir has listened to all my problems with patience and note down my case history and explained every thing in detail and I completely satisfied with his treatment and i was cured within 2 or 3 days and all my test results came to normal really a good physician that i never experienced before... He is the reason I stopped visiting citizens hospital! ** ** ******** *** ***** ******* I took my 1 month old baby as we felt he was warmer than usual, we kept our baby wrapped in covers in emergency visit! After checking the temperature the hospital he scared us of high temperature, dehydration and if we don’t see a temperature lowering in sometime admission to hospital and saline. Asked us to take blood test and urine test (we are still talking g about a 20-25 day old baby). As scared parents we took those tests worth thousands all normal no temperature after 1 hour no medication given at all! **** *** ******* ****** ******** *** **** ******** ********* ******* *** ***** ** **** ***** *** *** **** **** ******* ***** ****** ****** *********** ** **** *** ** **** ******* ** ******** * He is arrogant shouts on you if you ask questions, scares you!

He went to Dr Swaroop for my son who was having vomiting and fever and was not active as he was having a lot of vomitings we were really worried as he was advised admission at a local Hospital where he we have visited initially for the same complaints. Doctor was patient in listening our problems and recommended that we can try some oral medications if they are not helpful then we can try some injections which will stop vomitings. If that is also not working then we can admit the child..... My sons vomitings subsided after giving injection and we went home with oral medications for fever and other complaints.... We were relieved and liked the practical approach of the doctor.

Dr Raghvendra seems not a patient listener and in 2mins of first consultation he decided to sigmoidoscopy . He did not brief me why he wants to do and what exactly is done in the diagnostics . All of a sudden in first meeting he decided to do sigmoidoscopy after the consulation.

My consultation time was 2 mins and that too first consultation.

Overall i feel he is not patient friendly doctor . I do not recommend this doctor or citizen hospital

I went to the citizen hospital for corn removal. They charged Rs. 700 fees. I went to Dr. Shalini. When I explained the problem of hard skin on my feet-- she wrote 6000 on the prescription-- asking me to deposit the money for surgical removal. I asked her whether there is any other way. She was very unfriendly and told me that I can do anything I want (e.g., corn-cap) but she won't recommend. She was not ready to explain why we should not try corn-cap or any other method before going for the costly procedure. Although there was no other patent waiting, she didn't spend more than 3-4 minutes with me. I went there seeing Practo reviews and I was very disappointed.

Right from the beginning of my pregnancy I took consultation from her she took keen care in terms of diet and physical exercises that helps for normal delivery. She also made me well prepared mentally aswell as it was my first delivery I was stressed on whether I could bear the pain etc but she told me a lot of relaxing techniques and really encouraged and motivated me. She also supported me during my postpartum. I am really grateful that I have consulted Dr.Radhika mam. I would highly recommend her.
