I had an appointment with Dr. Ramakrishna Chowdhary Y at 3:30 PM. Unfortunately, we waited for almost 2 hours without receiving any proper response or update regarding the delay.

I completely understand that doctors may have emergencies or unexpected situations, but patients’ time should also be respected. If there is going to be such a long delay, the clinic should at least inform patients and provide an estimated waiting time.

Being a doctor is a respected profession, but respecting patients also means respecting their time. I hope the hospital improves its communication and appointment management so that other patients do not have to face the same experience.

Doctor- Mr. Dhananjaneya Reddy.N is Down-To-Earth person, while treating with Patients and their Attendees. He can Diagnose the problem immediate and take the quick & necessity action in much less time to save the Patient life. He is Polite and Humble by nature.

I expect the Doctor - to be in heights in the way he move in his medical career path, and not only as Interventional Cardiologist, and also as Chief Heart Surgeon 😷 . So that he can treat and help more of Mankind.
