I recently had the privilege of receiving facial nerve treatment from Dr. Siddarth Reddy, and I am incredibly grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care. My experience with Dr. Reddy exceeded all expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking facial nerve treatment.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Reddy's clinic, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly demeanor of the staff. The entire team demonstrated a high level of competence and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire treatment process.

I took my father to SIDARTH NEURO HOSPITAL when he was server Infection with

brain stroke, Dr Sidarth Reddy is the one who took utmost care and treated him. He did a great job and a wonderful doctor who is very much polite. He clearly explained about my father's situation and helped us to over the toughest times through his service. He examined thoroughly and give him the best treatment. I went to show my wife today. Appointment was 8.45 PM. When we reached there, the reception guy said compulsory wait time is 2 hours from the time of appointment. I don’t understand what is compulsory wait time!! The receptionists have little to zero understanding of what they are saying. Very insensitive and they don’t even care even if one travels 15 kms one way to show the doc. Sub standard time management. I don’t suggest going there unless this doctor is capable of doing miracles. We wasted hours without even seeing the doctor.

Recently we have visited Sidhart hospital for the severe left side pain from head to toe, followed by severe ear pain. We went for MRI scan as per doctor prescription. Sidharth Doctor has given a MRI scan incomplete report. One of the key points are missing in the report, ***** ** ******** ** *** **************** second he mentioned that with the prescribed tablets, ear pain also gets cured. As there is no recovery in ear pain, we consulted ENT doctor* **** ********* **** *** ****** **** ** *** ** *** ** *** *** ****** **** **** ****** ***** ** ****** **** ** *** ********* *** **** *** ******* ***** *** ****** **********

Overall, with Huge waiting time, unfriendly staff, high admission fee and partial diagnosis , we decided not to visit this hospital anytime down the line. **** **** ***** **** *** **********

****** *** *****. Straightaway he diagnosed the issue. But..

1. The domestic staff / support staff are not trained and disciplined . Un professionals..

2. We were told to do a scan which was totally weird and unrelated to the diagnosised problem.. It costs 5000/- with "discount" of 1000/-.

3. It scan causes pain which we were initially not informed.. Small electrical shocks.. We insisted on immediate stoppage.. On confronting those guys for logic behind such activities we were immediately refunded the amount.. Something which I assume was to bill innocent patients without any logic or necessity.

Except the doctor.. Nothing was good.. The whole scan room operates in 7ftx6ft Infrastructure . My honest opinion is its an avoidable unit rather than genuine health care institution.. I would suggest to explore other genuine options and hospitals and avoid this place.

Actually i visited for my left mild shoulder pain 3 years back when hospital was located in Chandanagar.

First after seeing the patient they will directly ask you for never electric shock test which cost 5K .. Doctor recommended physiotherapy in own hospital..So, took physiotherapy *** ***** *** ***** ********* traction was given i am 40Kgs ***** ******* ** ** *** ***** *** ***** ****** ********** *** ** ****** ***** **** **** *** **** **** *** ** ** ***** *********** *** ******* ***** ** ** ***** **** ** When I visited again last year he again asked for same test which cost now 7K because now hospital was shifted to Madinaguda. After 2-3 visit recommended to take non -surgical epidural injection steroid for pain relief which costs 25k-40k.

Staff is not at all concern about patient they all very rude.

Waiting time is more.

Over all i will not recommend this doctor. ****** ***** ******* ****** *** **** *********

I have come to this visit total 3 times for sciatic pain and wach time I had practo appointment but still I have to wait for 2 to 3 hours. This is unacceptable by clinic though doctor is fine. I expect doctor to look into appointment management as he owns the clinic.

But only con’ is staff they don’t give you updates or any information and they don’t guide you to any room or lab.

In the reception there are 5 people fighting each other for biscuits instead of listening to patient.

But is Dr. Siddartha is excellent.

The doctor is very patient and understanding. I would surely recommend him. But the staff at the clinic are extremely unruly and impolite. It may be the people at the reception or in the pharmacy. The waiting time at the clinic is very high. And because of these kind of people at the reception the wait time will appear to be much more longer. It took more than 4 hr for me to complete my visit. No social distancing norms are being followed.
