I took appointment ten days prior for Dr uday prakash and visited omni hospital the day I had appointment, after waiting for 3 hour the nurse took me to a junior doctor where he checked my reports and again I waited 1 hour to see Dr uday prakash but the nurse took me to another junior doctor who prescribe some medication and left, when I ask the nurse why is some other doctor saw me instead of Dr uday , she said Dr is busy.

First of all my dad age is 74 and he cannot walk unless someone helps him.. so I asked the doctor if we can consult him on the ground floor he said NO come to first floor we somehow took him and then he saw him walk with difficulty so he said okay now let's go to ground floor.. second he ordered some *********** tests to be done and asked him to admitted when I said No .. he said then get him some saline so he did that and we had to do this and wait there till 5 pm ...I went for checkup at 11 am. *** **** **** *** ******* ** *** ** ***** ******* *** ******

He clarified all doubts before my surgery. During my stay in the Udai Omni Hosptial, he and his team regularly visited me and encouraged me that helped me to recover quickly. he gave appointment for 2.30 pm but saw the patient at 5.30 pm. we first waited for 2 hours outside his office then we were told to go to 5th floor and wait, where there is no seating area. orthopedic patients having bone, leg, joint pains are made to wait standing for an hour! pathetic!
