Dr. Kamalakar was superb, but when we visit for injection purposes it is to much horrible waiting above one hour. I think it’s not fair why because small kids how they will wait, improvement requires infrastructure and instruments and charges also very high, hope management will response on this

Dr. Karmakar is very friendly ** **** ** ************* ******* He patiently listens to all issues and symptoms and thoroughly checks and explains the probable causes. More than us he connects very well with baby directly. So the baby also feels comfortable in his presence.

He’s super at his workplace, you feel very better after consulting that is what we expect with the doctors. Explaining the root cause of the symptoms and problems and how to deal with the situation he explains very well. Kphb Lotus is good at overall for Pediatric

Never seen a doctor this simple and friendly with kids and parents, explaining the issue, recommending the medicine.. I think the text box is tooo small to write about doctor. I strongly recommend the doctor.

Overall it was good

But the room of improvement include

1. To share Doctors number with only needy patient so that during emergencies one can really get that trust and comfort during the situations

2. Make the receptionist aware that patients call with a urge for treatment and help is surely needed not call waits and an answer that call us after 1hrs system is slow

3. Overall INFRA still needs latest equipment’s like forehead reading thermometer for example

4. Doctor and patient relation can still be improvised by talking to the patients pleasantly and not in a rush or urgency to leave office premises

5. Make the doctors availability schedules and slots visible to public with more transparency

I can't express enough gratitude for the incredible care and support we received from Dr. K Ramesh Babu during our child's recent high fever. His swift response, even during non-working hours, showed his commitment to our child's well-being. Dr. K Ramesh Babu's calm and reassuring guidance helped us through a worrisome time. He provided clear instructions and followed up diligently to ensure our child's fever subsided. We felt informed and empowered, knowing we had a pediatrician who truly cares. Dr. K Ramesh Babu expertise and compassion were a source of comfort, and we are so thankful to have him as our pediatrician during times of need.

Dr. Kamalakar is a very friendly and exelent he treats baby patients and parents with huge respect. But the only disappointment is from management side not proper communication.ver bad staff. And pharmacy ** * **** **** in hospital no outside medicine is allowed and there is no single penny is given as discount. How can a middle class people can effort it.

He is very good overall. I was very much satisfied the way he treated us. My son got cured very fastly.

Warm receiving, friendly, spend enough time with patient explains health issue clearly and repeatedly.
