My mom was admitted at Continental hospital with COVID. Her saturation was at 60 and she needed to be placed on ventilator. We were in the US and with the dire situation of COVID in India- could not travel to India immediately. Dr. Pradeep was very accommodating with our requests. He used to do whatsapp calls every day providing us health status of my mom. He clearly explained the situation and was transparent with his treatment/ risks associated with the plan. Initially my mom was in Bipap and showed improvement but later deteriorated and needed ventilator. Dr handled the emergency situation with precision and ensured she was given the best care. When we travelled to India, I met him the first day. Dr explained all the reports and the trends in reports. While he was treating the lungs, my mom also had various infections that were presented which complicated the situation. He was proactive in his treatment approach by monitoring all the organs and providing the best treatment. I can assure you that if not for Dr Pradeep my mother would not have survived the 30 days in the hospital. Even during discharge she needed oxygen support at home and he intimated us of the requirements ahead of the time so that we had time to procure them as there was dire shortage of concentrators and oxygen cylinders in May 2021. I had other friends parents go through COVID treatment at other hospitals with other doctors with terrible experiences. We are blessed to have found Dr. Pradeep as my mom's pulmonologist. Even after discharge, Dr has helped us coordinate the appointments and has been treating my mom with utmost care and excellence. My mom has high respect for the doctor since he is patient with her and her questions. He answers every question without any irritation and helps her navigate the treatment seamlessly. He is very kind and I would highly recommend Dr Pradeep as a Pulmonologist. In fact, I told every single person I met since my mom contracted COVID about Dr Pradeep and recommended meeting him for treatment. Thank you doctor for saving my mom and providing continual guidance as she navigates post COVID issues.

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor.

I visited her initially for UTI issues. During the first consultation, she examined me and suggested a few tests. After confirming with her, I got the tests done from a reputed lab outside the hospital and shared the reports online. Based on those reports, she prescribed a 10-day course of antibiotics.

However, even after 15 days, my pain and discomfort did not subside. I went back for a follow-up consultation. Unfortunately, she did not properly listen to my ongoing symptoms and immediately suggested repeating the culture test. When I asked whether a scan would be advisable, she told me to get a scan done and come back with the reports after three days, as she was going on leave. The entire consultation lasted less than five minutes.

I had been suffering from IBS from almost 13 years. In 2018, after one sigmadioscopy and tests, one Doctor confirmed that it is collitis for me. I started taking treatment for collitis (mesacol mainly). Was ok till 2020 Apri, with regular exercises and all. I had stopped mesacol and was managing with homeopathy, when in April 2020, I had the recurrence of the problem and it was severe this time. I visited some allopathic doctor and almost same medicines were prescribed along with a steroid also. I felt relief and then I again moved to ayurveda. Though there was relief but one of the main symptoms was still there. After reading some reviews on Practo, I went to Dr. Raghuram, just as a trial, in Dec 2020. The way he talked and explained the disease was very nice. I was very much comfortable after his explanation of the disease and the suggested course of action. He did the colonoscopy after some days and then explained me my problem, which no doctor had done so clearly till now. He also made it clear that this is not a fully curable disease, and we have to maintain it with little medicines. He did not write too many medicines, rather he was reluctant to give many medicines / tablets. He only gave the bare minimum needed for me. Following those medicines, I feel lot of relief in part 2.5 months. The symptom which I was assuming is not at all curable, is also cured to a large extent. The doctor is very patient and listens to the patient a lot. Even in corona times, when most doctors are even afraid to touch the patients, he examines my stomach every time. I am happy with the treatment provided.
