We had a very disappointing experience at CloudNine in Madhapur under the care of Dr. Lavanya. During out consultation, We felt that Dr. Lavanya was uninterested. The appointment felt rushed, and didn’t feel engaged post first appointment. ***** ******* ***** ****** ** ** ** ************ ******* ** ***** *** **** ** ** ********** **** ***** *** ** ********** *** **** **** *** ******** *** **** ** ********** ******* ******* ***** ****** **** ** ********* ******* ******* **** *** ****** ********** Follow up appointments went unattended and we ended up wasting valuable time without consultation or explanation. Lack of respect for patients time is concerning. Won’t recommend Dr. Lavanya or this experience to others seeking attentive and engaged medical care.

Strongly DO NOT recommend her. ********* ** ** ********** **** * ******* where she misdiagnosed my issue and also performed a surgery. Missed my sample based on which she was supposed to give me medication, tried multiple rounds of random medicines and upon visiting her daily in Care hospital for almost 15 days she said there seems to be mor issue and that's not my part. ****** ** *** ******* ***** **** **** ******** ********** *** ******** **** ******** *******

Dr Vinatha understood my critical situation, immediately gave expert guidance and suggested minimal medication. She did not scare me even when the issue seemed critical. Her behavior was very much motherly.

The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me despite my appointment, and I felt the consultation fee of Rs.950 was not worth it.

I recommend Dr. Vinatha Puli for her care and professionalism.
